so we hit the road headed east from san francisco. Rhyolite (one of our stops) is a designated ghost town about 80 miles west of the Nevada Nuclear Test Range (over 1000 recorded atomic detonations.) The town is in ruin, but i don't think from bombing...just from old age.

ahh the road. sure is nice to be away from the city.
